americans take such pride in sending crooks to washington to 'represent' them

a much better way of doing it is to have the big issues decided by referendum in which all voters can participate

do we want world government which is the silent agendum now going on

do we want to stay in the un

do we want more immigration

referenda would solve these sticky questions

the crooks could do the day to day running of gov. but since the stakes wouldnt be as high as before, the crooks would be replaced by boring honest people who would make the small decisions
